Job summary

Massage Envy Metuchen is looking for team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will educate guests on services, book appointments, and support daily clinic flow while earning tips and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills, able to multitask.
• Great people skills; build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book future services; promote homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow: greet clients, schedule services, answer calls and emails, respond to questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
