Job summary

Anthropologie in Metairie is seeking a customer-facing Associate to start genuine conversations with shoppers, guide them through the store, and create a frictionless experience using mobile and point-of-sale tools.

You will support selling across the floor, participate in product knowledge sharing, help maintain visual and operational standards, and contribute to a positive team mood during busy shifts. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.
