Mark's Cleaning Service in Medina, OH is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to grow our commercial cleaning business across Ohio. This in-office role includes some travel and offers an uncapped commission structure on top of a base salary.

No prior sales experience is required, as hands-on training will be provided to help you succeed. You will prospect, meet with clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to proposals and follow-ups while collaborating with management and operations

Competenze

MCS is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to help grow our commercial cleaning business throughout Ohio. If you enjoy building relationships, meeting new people, and creating opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable prospecting for new business.

Previous sales experience is NOT required. We will provide hands-on training and coaching. Experience in the commercial cleaning or facility services industry is a plus.

Location: Medina, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation

• $35,000
• Uncapped commission opportunities
