Job summary

Black River Outdoors in Lexington, KY is seeking a Talented Sales Associate to join its on-site team. You will help customers choose the right outdoor equipment, participate in training, and handle POS transactions with a focus on service quality.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for growth with uncapped commissions and bonuses. A supportive team environment and extensive product knowledge will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least one year related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a unit that best fits their needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement of strategies and practices.
• Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and support to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor.
• Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
