Black River Outdoors is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers select the right outdoor equipment and trailers. You will join a friendly, knowledgeable team and contribute to everyday operations with a focus on service quality.

You’ll participate in training, stay current on products and industry trends, and support customers through the full sales process. A flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: at least 1 year in related role preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient with DMS, CRM, and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting a trailer or equipment that fits their needs.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to improve sales strategies.
• Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports and inventory records.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor info.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Keep the sales floor organized and inviting.
• Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor
• Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently
