Job summary

Black River Outdoors in Belleview, FL is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help customers find the right outdoor equipment and trailers. You will join a team focused on exceptional service, learning about products, and driving sales on-site.

The role offers a flexible schedule, paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and employee discounts along with base pay and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a unit that best fits their needs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Perform assembly, relocation, and minor repairs on trailers as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Provide product knowledge, recommendations and support to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain an organized and inviting sales floor.
• Process transactions and manage inventory efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
