Job summary

Home Surplus in Keyport, NJ is hiring a Sales Associate to help customers find cabinets, doors, countertops and other products. You’ll deliver a friendly, informative shopping experience from greeting to checkout, with room to grow into design or management.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, learning products, recommending solutions, following up by phone/text/email, ensuring accurate orders, and keeping the showroom organized. Availability on Saturdays is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Computer skills including email and basic data entry.
• POS system experience preferred.
• Available to work some Saturdays (retail hours).

The Role

Are you an experienced salesperson who loves helping people? As a Sales Associate at our Keyport store, you'll help customers find the right products and give them an excellent experience from start to finish. It's a great opportunity to grow your sales career, with room to move into design or management.

What You'll Do

Pay:

$19–$20 per hour
