Job summary

Massage Envy Ardmore is seeking a passionate team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences and support wellness goals. You’ll educate clients on services, promote the Wellness Program, and help guests feel valued from first greeting through checkout.

With prior retail or sales experience and strong math and computer skills, you’ll manage bookings, answer inquiries, and build a loyal client base both in-person and by phone or email. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills are important.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skincare services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and the Massage Envy Wellness Program and book future services.
• Encourage homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
