Job summary

Massage Envy Apple Valley is hiring and seeks friendly, motivated people to join our wellness team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients about the Wellness Program, and help guests choose services while promoting homecare products.

Full-time and part-time positions with day/evening/weekend shifts provide a flexible schedule. We value reliability, math and computer skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with guests in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
