Massage Envy in Houston, TX, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, promote Total Body Care, and drive bookings for services and retail purchases. The role emphasizes client relationships and product education within a fast-paced spa environment.

You will join a team that supports wellness goals, offers training, and provides a flexible schedule. Qualified candidates with strong math, computer, and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills are needed.
• Excellent people skills to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage, skincare, or wellness services is helpful.

Mansioni

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; book appointments and promote homecare products.
• Manage clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and handling calls/emails.
• Assist in growing and retaining a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
