Job summary

Massage Envy in Folsom, CA is hiring a guest-focused team member to provide outstanding service, greet clients, and help them feel valued. You will promote Total Body Care services, book appointments, and support clinic flow to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role involves educating clients on services, assisting with retail purchases, and contributing to a positive work environment with opportunities for growth. Team leadership supports your success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math, computer skills required.
• Great people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care services and Wellness Program; upsell where appropriate.
• Assist with scheduling, phone and email inquiries, and clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and spaces.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Are critical thinkers with basic math, computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of Total Body Care with a general knowledge of massage, stretch and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
• Basic clinic upkeep including but not limited to dusting, emptying trash receptacles, wiping down frequently touched area, and maintaining general cleanliness in bathrooms, common areas, and breakroom
