Massage Envy is hiring at the Atticus franchise location in Apex, NC. Staff provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and assist with scheduling and client retention. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling Wellness Program, and booking future services.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
