Perspire Sauna Studio in Corte Madera is seeking an enthusiastic sales associate to drive memberships and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced wellness center. You will join a team that emphasizes training, growth, and a positive guest experience.

The role offers hourly pay with commission bonuses, flexible shifts, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive environment. Training is provided to help you succeed and build valuable sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the towel supply area.

Location

We are located in the Marketplace Center in Corte Madera. Co-tenants include Now Power Yoga, BodyRok Pilates, Total Wines, Book Passage, and more! The center is a great, safe, bustling place to work with free and easy parking.

Must be 18 years or older.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
