Massage Envy Coral Gables is seeking a friendly sales associate to provide outstanding customer service, educate clients on massage and skincare services, and book future appointments. You will help grow the client base and promote the Wellness Program while maintaining a welcoming clinic flow.

The role emphasizes strong math and computer skills, excellent people skills, and a willingness to learn about Total Body Care. A flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong math and computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and book future appointments; promote Wellness Program and homecare retail.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and address questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
