Rimz To GoTire Pros in Colorado Springs is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service while selling tires and automotive services. You will help customers understand road hazard protection, benefits, and product features, and drive store profitability.

In this fast-paced retail environment, you will manage repair orders, communicate options clearly, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store. Career growth and top-tier benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or comparable vocational training.
• Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software.
• Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issues.
• Experience using Tekmetric Repair, Activant, All-Data and vehicle service manuals to research and determine the resolution of malfunctions.
• 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance.
• Retail customer service and customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Promptly meets and greets customers
• Answers phone and schedules appointments with customers
• Determines the nature of customer problems; May make road test or visually inspect the vehicle
• Creates Repair Order Request (ROR) detailing service to be performed or merchandise to be sold
• Explains warranties, options, pricing, etc. to the customer
• Obtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnel
• Reviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers by selling tires and automotive service, road hazard, recommended services, benefits and product features, creating long-term loyalty bonds with customers; driving sales and profitability of the store, communicating and managing repair orders and maintaining a clean and well merchandised store.
