Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio Carmel is seeking positive, outgoing sales team members who enjoy connecting with people. You will promote the benefits of IR saunas, set reservations, book follow-up appointments, and welcome guests.

Join a fun, flexible team with training and development, an hourly wage plus commission and a free membership. A HS diploma and reliable transportation are required; must be able to work 2-3 shifts weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 2–3 shifts per week (10–18 hours) with evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote IR saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate guests and members, making them feel welcome.
• Conduct studio tours for new guests and answer questions.
• Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and towel supply.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate guests and members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Sell memberships and packages with confidence in a team-based atmosphere
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Confidently make outbound phone calls to leads and guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
