Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Birmingham, MI is seeking a friendly, confident member services associate to drive memberships and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

No experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. You will work evenings and weekends in a supportive team setting.

• Hourly Pay plus bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts.

• Monday through Friday, 2:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 8:30 pm
• We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio.

Here's What You'll Be Doing

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
