Perspire Sauna Studio in Michigan offers part-time positions in a wellness-focused environment. You will sell memberships, reach out to leads via our CRM, and explain the benefits of infrared saunas while guiding new guests through studio tours.

We provide comprehensive training, a flexible weekend schedule, and opportunities for advancement. This role emphasizes customer service, positive energy, and reliability in a supportive team setting.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of Perspire Sauna Studio Membership.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer all questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area.

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

Below are our available shifts.

• Monday through Friday, 2:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 8:30 pm

**We are not currently hiring for seasonal staffing May-September. We are looking for candidates that want to commit to a long term opportunity with Perspire Sauna Studio.

Competitive pay with successful training completion + bonus

Compensation: $14.25 - $15.50 per hour
