Job summary

Rite Rug Co. in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area is seeking a motivated Property Management Sales professional to grow accounts and drive retail partnerships within the property management sector.

You will sell carpet and hard surface flooring to apartment complexes, build positive relationships, and develop deep product knowledge to meet and exceed company goals. A strong B2B sales background and autonomous work style are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Experience with Property Management is preferred.
• Experience in flooring industry is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize duties.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, out of the box thinker to join our Property Management Sales team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!

$45,000 to $95,000 base depending on experience, plus commission.

Position Summary

Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!
3. Experience in B2B sales
