Job Location: Cincinnati - Sharonville, OH 45241

Salary: $45,000 to $95,000 base plus commission; salary based on experience.

Position Summary

Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management.

Essential Functions

• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products.
• Reach and exceed company-directed performance goals.
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products.
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
• Experience in B2B sales.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Property Management is preferred.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
