Job summary

Davidson Homes is seeking a Sales Assistant to support daily operations at the New Home Sales Center and community. You will team with New Home Consultants to provide coverage, learn sales skills, and prepare for progression to a New Home Consultant role.

This hourly non-exempt position requires weekend availability, strong organization, and proficiency with CRM tools to track communications and traffic. Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a professional business or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and establish relationships; tour model and inventory homes with prospective buyers.
• Develop knowledge of product, site, community, sales, advertising and demographics.
• Assist visitors with questions and information about features and benefits of the home.
