Job summary

Davidson Homes LLC in Auburn, AL is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the daily operation of the New Home Sales Center and community, working alongside the New Home Consultants. This hourly non-exempt position offers exposure to sales processes and customer interactions in a fast-growing homebuilder.

You will engage visitors, learn about the market, document communications in the CRM, maintain model homes, and participate in meetings and trainings, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional business or customer service role.
• Extreme attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Associate’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establishing a relationship and touring model and inventory homes as needed with prospective buyers.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics.
• Accompany visitors through the models, and inventory homes, answering questions and providing information about the community and features of the home.
• Document all communications with customers in CRM and coordinate with New Home Consultants and Sales Leader on prospective customers.
• Monitor and record daily customer traffic using CRM tools and participate in sales meetings and trainings.
