Smith Douglas Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Assistant in Charlotte, NC. The role supports Sales Agents and community teams, gaining hands-on training and mentorship to grow into an On-Site New Home Sales Agent.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn about new home pricing, inventory, and community offerings while assisting prospective buyers and coordinating loan applications.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to Sales Agents and community teams by following established sales and closing procedures.
• Learn pricing, homesite premiums, inventory management, and community offerings.
• Assist buyers by demonstrating homes, homesites, and community features.
• Coordinate loan application setup and monitor financing progress.
• Build relationships with homebuyers through exceptional service and communication.
• Support monthly competitive market analyses for community sales efforts.
• Maintain Sales Centers, model homes, and inventory presentation.
