Brookfield Residential is seeking a Sales Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers at the Lakeside at Trappe community in Trappe, MD. You will deliver high levels of customer service, assist at show homes, and support the sales team in daily tasks.
This part-time role requires about 28 hours per week, with shifts on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and weekends from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Overview: The Sales Assistant is our first point of contact for our customers and as such responsible for providing consistently high levels of customer service to all clients who visit our Show homes. The Sales Assistant perform day-to-day duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times and ensure that the client has an enjoyable Show home experience.
This position is based at Brookfield's Lakeside at Trappe Community, located in Trappe, MD.
We need someone available for about 28 hours per week, working Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and weekends from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
