Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a Sales Specialist to track and manage orders, verify pricing, and collaborate with Logistics and Sales teams in San Jose, CA. The role supports Sales Representatives and customers, manages AR issues, and processes RMAs and invoices in SAP.

The position requires strong Excel/Outlook skills, detail orientation, and effective communication. Daily onsite presence is required under the Flexible Work policy, with opportunities to contribute to incentive programs and

Responsibilities

• Track and manage orders and verify pricing.

• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers.
• Expedite orders and coordinate with warehouse to ship products quickly.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into Demand Planning system.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA’s, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.

Daily onsite presence at our San Jose, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Reports to: Manager, Sales Administration

Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.

Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.

Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.

Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system

Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Proficient Excel, Outlook
