Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor Inc. is seeking a Sales Specialist to support sales teams and customers from our San Diego, CA office. You will track orders, verify pricing, coordinate with Logistics and warehouse, and manage accounts receivable and invoices using SAP.

The role requires a BA degree and strong Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint skills, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving. This is a daily onsite position under our Flexible Work policy.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers—answer questions and resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers; expedite orders and verify pricing.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ship products quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into Demand Planning system.
• Process all RMA requests and discrepant returns; manage sample requests.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP.
• Prepare and provide reports to management.

The Sales Specialist is responsible for tracking and managing orders, verifying pricing, working with Logistics. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA's, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed and resolve issues.

What You'll Do

• Support Sales Representatives, HQ and customers-answer questions, resolve issues.
• Track and manage product owed to customers, including expediting orders, verifying pricing, working with warehouse to ensure product is shipped quickly and efficiently to customers.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.
• Aggregate customer and sales forecast; enter data into the Demand Planning system
• Monitor and process all RMA requests and discrepant returns.
• Manage sample request.
• Create, enter and invoice customer orders through SAP
• Prepare and provide reports to management

Location: Daily onsite presence at our San Diego, CA in alignment with our Flexible Work policy

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
