Job summary

TNC Living is seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant to support the Costco program across the U.S. and international markets.

This role works closely with Sales leadership to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving forward. You will assist with item setup, production orders, sample approvals, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination with agents, factories, QA, and packaging teams to ensure timely shipments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience with Costco, club retail, mass merchants, or international accounts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete item set-up in WFX and NetSuite, review cost sheets, generate UPCs, and cross-ref for EDI.
• Submit production order requests and assist with purchase planning profitability.
• Launch and maintain program timelines and track critical paths with internal teams.
• Coordinate factory PO creation and share Costco purchase orders with suppliers and offices.
• Prepare customer presentations, sell sheets, price lists, and product information for Costco.

TNC Living is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Sales Assistant to support our Costco business across the U.S. and international markets.

Working closely with Sales leadership, the Sales Assistant will support all stages of the Costco program lifecycle, from sales pitch support to item setup through product development, sample approvals, compliance documentation, and shipment.

This role works closely with Costco buying teams, internal departments, and overseas agents and factories. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and takes ownership of tasks to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Item Setup

• Complete item set-up in WFX - TNC's PLM system: review with sales lead cost sheets, generate UPC, complete WFX-to-NetSuite cross-references (XREFs) for EDI
• Work with sales lead to submit production order requests for approval (direct import) and purchase planning profitability (domestic)
• Launch and maintain program timelines (TLs) and support critical path tracking with packaging / QA / production / agents to ensure project stays on track to ship windows
• Assist with coordinating factory PO creation with agents and share Costco purchase orders with Production and our TNC Shanghai office.
• Perform data entry, product status updates, and file maintenance across WFX and NetSuite.

Sales Support & Merchandising

• Prepare customer presentations, sell sheets, price lists, and product information for Costco's global markets.
• Assist with preparation for buyer meetings, market weeks, and product presentations, both in person and virtually.
• Coordinate meeting recaps, action items, and follow-ups.

Sample Management & Approvals

• Coordinate and track product samples and production approval samples (TOP/BAS).
• Manage sample requests and buyer approval follow-ups.
• Coordinate product photography from initial request through completion.

Costco Compliance & Documentation

• Work with QA to coordinate testing requirements, AUX packets, TRF setup, inspections, and approvals.
• Support country-specific documentation requirements across Costco's international markets and PriceSmart.
• Coordinate required forms, including trademark letters, import documents, EPR requirements, e-commerce attributes, and item setup documentation.
• Coordinate product descriptions and marketing copy with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with Packaging and QA to track packaging artwork, labeling, and buyer approvals.

Account Management & Team Coordination

• Assist with item agreements and customer documentation.
• Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Design, Sourcing, Packaging, QA, Production, and overseas teams.
• Track outstanding tasks, follow up on deadlines, and communicate updates to keep programs on schedule.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience with Costco, club retail, mass merchants, or international accounts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with WFX, NetSuite, Costco BPM, or similar systems is a plus, but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
