TNC Living is seeking a highly organized Sales Assistant to support the Costco program across the U.S. and international markets.

This role partners with Sales leadership to manage item setup, product development, sample approvals, compliance documentation, and shipment timelines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and take ownership of tasks to keep programs on schedule.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or sales support.
• Experience with Costco, club retail, mass merchants, or international accounts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to take initiative with urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Order Processing & Item Setup in WFX and NetSuite, with cross-references for EDI.
• Sales Support & Merchandising: prepare presentations, sell sheets, price lists.
• Sample Management & Approvals: track samples and buyer approvals.
• Costco Compliance & Documentation: coordinate testing, AUX packets, import docs and marketing copy.
• Account Management & Team Coordination: track tasks and communicate updates across teams.
