Position: Independent Contractor (Sales Assistant with Growth Potential)

We’re a woman-owned boutique intellectual property (IP) law firm specializing in trademarks, copyrights, business formation, and contracts. Our clients are scaling businesses in exciting industries like beauty, health & wellness, and tech—visionary entrepreneurs who need the right legal protections to grow with confidence.

We’re not your typical law firm. We’re modern, approachable, and passionate about helping businesses protect their brands while scaling to new heights. As we expand, we’re looking for a high-energy Sales Assistant to take the lead on initial sales calls, nurture relationships, and close deals that help businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own the initial sales process: Conduct discovery calls with warm leads from Google Ads and social media campaigns
  2. Learn & Grow: Start by shadowing our founder to understand our consultative sales process, then take the reins with full support
  3. Present with Confidence: Use provided materials (sales scripts, pricing guides, service PDFs) to clearly communicate the value of our legal services
  4. Close with Impact: Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and turn prospects into loyal clients
  5. Track & Optimize: Keep detailed notes on lead status, track performance against KPIs, and continuously improve your approach

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 5+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (bonus points if you’ve sold coaching programs, digital marketing services, or EdTech solutions)
  2. A natural relationship builder with outstanding communication and persuasion skills
  3. A proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  4. Organized and detail-oriented—you know how to manage leads and follow-ups without dropping the ball
  5. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools to track leads and sales metrics
  6. Experience in a law firm is a plus
