Job summary

Hireology in Inver Grove Heights, MN seeks a Greeter / New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to welcome customers, coordinate delivery prep, and explain vehicle features. You’ll ensure vehicles are clean and ready, and assist with paperwork.

You will work with sales, finance, service, and detailing teams to deliver a smooth experience, while following up with customers post-delivery for satisfaction. Strong customer service and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience is often preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn vehicle features and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff.
