Luther Mazda is seeking a friendly Greeter / New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to welcome customers at the Inver Grove Heights showroom and assist with delivery preparation. You will coordinate delivery scheduling, inspect vehicles, and introduce buyers to features and tech.

The role involves pairing phones via Bluetooth, handling delivery paperwork, and following up to ensure satisfaction. A customer-service background aligns with our family-oriented values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff.
• Coordinating the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries.
• Inspecting vehicles before delivery to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready.
• Explaining vehicle features, controls, infotainment systems, and basic maintenance to new owners.
• Pairing customers' phones with the vehicle's Bluetooth and helping set up technology features.
• Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring all required documents are signed.
• Following up with customers after delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Working closely with the sales, finance, service, and detailing departments to ensure a smooth delivery process.
