Luther Nissan Kia in Inver Grove Heights, MN is seeking a courteous Greeter / New Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to welcome guests and guide them to the appropriate staff.

You will coordinate the scheduling and preparation of new vehicle deliveries, inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness, explain features and controls, pair phones via Bluetooth, complete delivery paperwork, and follow up to ensure satisfaction while collaborating across sales, finance, service and detailing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is often preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to learn vehicle features and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they arrive and directing them to the appropriate sales or service staff.
