Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to support our Sales Management Team. The role emphasizes high-quality guest service, effective communication, and efficient handling of sales administrative tasks.

You will help maintain guest records in our CRM, assist with showroom activities, and support inventory and lot duties in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position requires physical activity and a commitment to excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of guest service.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive Guest experience.
• Resolve guest issues in real time to maintain satisfaction.
• Accurately complete and process sales paperwork and admin tasks.
• Update guest information in the CRM/database.
• Assist showroom activity, display setup, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Assist with inventory checks and record-keeping.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties from Sales Management.
• Assist with lot duties, including moving vehicles and snow removal.
• This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment.

Description

This position provides support for our Sales Management Team and is critical for the smooth operation of our dealership's sales department. The main responsibilities are to provide high levels of Guest Service and communication and to complete administrative duties/tasks for our sales department.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greeting Guests, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive Guest experience.
• Resolving and addressing Guest issues in the moment, ensuring high Guest satisfaction.
• Accurately complete and process administrative tasks and assigned sales paperwork.
• Maintain and update Guest information in the dealership's database or Guest Relationship Management system.
• Assist with showroom activity, display setup, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Assist with inventory management, such as checking in vehicles and keeping records.
• Various administrative duties as assigned by Sales Management.
• Assist with lot duties, such as moving vehicles and snow removal.
• This is a physically active position in a fast-paced environment.

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
