Job summary

The Chimney Guys in Pataskala, OH is seeking a Sales Apprentice for a 6-month proving ground that leads to a Lead role with six-figure income potential. Starting pay is $18-$23/hour, with a path to full commission and leadership within the first year.

You will ride along with top sales leaders, learn in-home sales and inspections, assist with estimates and education, and develop skills to diagnose issues and close deals while supporting production teams throughout the job lifecycle.

Qualifications

• CSIA Certification required after completing 6 months.
• Willingness to travel to job sites 50-70%.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Ride along with senior Leads to learn in-home sales and inspections.
• Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education.

The Fast Track

• Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close
• After 6 months:
  • CSIA Certified (required)
  • Running your own jobs
  • Full commission structure unlocked

What You'll Be Doing
