Job summary

DaBella in Dallas, TX is hiring for an in-person Sales Appointment Confirmer. You will handle inbound/outbound calls to qualify homeowners and confirm appointments, using a script to overcome objections.

Starting hourly pay is $20.75 with uncapped bonuses; top performers earn well over standard wages. Schedule is Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM with occasional weekends, and you’ll join a fast-growing home improvement company with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to qualify customers and confirm appointments.
• Follow a proven script to move conversations and overcome objections.
• Hit monthly metrics and earn uncapped bonuses.
• Maintain sharp phone etiquette and clear note-taking.
• Collaborate in a team and attend regular training for skill coaching.
