Job summary

Rheem in the United States seeks a Sales Application Engineer II to provide pre- and post-sale technical service and product support for the ColdZone, Russell, Witt, and Kramer lines. The role supports both inside and outside sales teams and coordinates with manufacturing on technical questions.

The position is on-site, based in Lawrenceville, GA or Scottsboro, AL, and will serve equipment owners, service contractors, and customers across the North America business unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience in pre- and post-sales technical support preferred.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provides pre- and post-sale technical service and product support to equipment owners, service contractors, customers, and the outside sales team for the ColdZone, Russell, Witt, and Kramer name brand lines.
• Supports inside & outside sales and manufacturing in all manner of technical refrigeration product questions and issues.
