Position Overview

We are hiring a Sales and Service Representative in Anchorage, AK who enjoys variety — helping existing customers with their policies one hour and winning a brand-new customer the next — and who wants to own those relationships for the long haul.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer’s point of contact for quotes, coverage changes, billing questions, and policy reviews

• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
