Jenkins-Honda-of-Leesburg is seeking a dedicated Full Time Business Development Center Specialist to join our Service team in Leesburg, FL. This role focuses on proactively managing the service pipeline with outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and secure appointments for our service departments.

You will be the voice of the company, driving high-volume outreach and ensuring a steady stream of qualified appointments, while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume outbound calling and customer service environments.
• Strong communication, listening, and phone etiquette skills.
• Ability to manage and schedule multiple service appointments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming Service Appointment calls using a script.
• Follow up on non-appointment incoming Service calls.
• Follow up on appointments and missed appointments.
• Confirm all pending Service appointments.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate daily appointments to ensure steady flow of clients.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns and handle inbound calls promptly.
• Perform any other duties assigned.
