This position involves driving sales of our premier product lines within a major retailer. It offers an opportunity to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a dynamic company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales and service to consumers demonstrating enthusiasm for TTI products.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Maintain contact with store staff to build relationships.
  • Monitor sales and analyze results to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in training and apply acquired skills.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations.
  • Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  • Organize demo events, store walks, and trade shows.
  • Develop knowledge of the marketplace and competitors.
  • Maintain store aesthetics and proper merchandising.
  • Manage inventory levels and participate in store resets.
  • Sell directly to customers in retail settings.

Note: Duties may expand as deemed necessary. All employees are expected to pursue continual improvement in skills, processes, and quality.

Job / Employment Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass drug and motor vehicle screenings.
  • Maintain valid vehicle insurance.
  • Willingness to travel and transport company property.
  • Relocation may be required.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and use ladders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated team player with organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly salary: $24.04 - $25.96, totaling $50,000 - $54,000 annually.
  • Incentives, vehicle allowance, company smartphone, benefits, 401(k), holidays, PTO.
