Job summary

Premier Pawn in Orlando is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to join our team. You'll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed
