Riverside Pawn store in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Pawnbroker/Sales Associate to assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service. You will be part of a team that fosters energy and growth, with training provided.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping with product options, and meeting store goals. Cash handling and last-minute product demos are expected as part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
