Job summary

Pledge Financial LLC is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker / Sales Associate for our Forest Heights store. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases, while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Ideal candidates are coachable, confident, and curious, with a willingness to learn. The role offers base pay with weekly commissions and a full benefits package. Join a large, established company and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required).
