Poplar Jewelry and Loan in Parkville, MD is hiring a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while developing skills in sales and negotiation.

You will build relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and help them understand product options. The role includes handling cash and meeting sales goals in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Confidence in negotiating and problem solving.
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.
