Job summary

Pledge Financial LLC in Minneola, FL, is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker/Sales Associate for our Family Jewelry and Pawn store. You’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)

• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
