Job summary

Pledge Financial LLC in Statesville, NC is seeking an outgoing Pawnbroker / Sales Associate for our Center St store. You’ll assist customers with loans, sales, and purchases, and build skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

You’ll earn competitive base pay with weekly commissions, a full benefits package, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a large, established company. If you’re coachable, confident, and eager to learn, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (training provided).

• Comfortable handling cash and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales.
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers.
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions.
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from the team.
• Accurately handle cash and transactions.
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing products along with other actions around the store as needed.
