Job summary

Poplar Jewelry and Loan in Baltimore is seeking a motivated Pawnbroker/Sales Associate to help customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

You’ll support the team in meeting store goals, handle cash accurately, and keep the floor engaging by showcasing products. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math
