We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated, preferably Spanish-speaking, bilingual team player to join our team at Bear's Trading Post in Winchester as a Pawn Broker / Sales Associate! This position is heavy in firearm sales, and a person who carries an FFL is the perfect candidate, Spanish-speaker or not! Do you enjoy working with people, learning something new every day, and finding creative solutions? In this role, you’ll help customers with loans, sales, and purchases—while building your skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service. What’s in it for you?
