Dan Cummins CDJR of Georgetown is seeking motivated, energetic Sales Consultants to join our team. We offer a 5-day work week in a brand-new Georgetown facility with a supportive, family-operated culture dedicated to employee growth and customer care.

We provide training, tools, and ongoing development, plus employer-contributed healthcare, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays/vacation. Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships and create customers for life.
• Help customers find the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach.
• Become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, technology, features and options.
• Provide professional new and pre-owned vehicle demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers and develop referral business.
• Learn effective ways to overcome objections and confidently navigate sales situations.
• Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and your A-game every day.
