Dan Cummins CDJR of Georgetown is seeking motivated, energetic Sales Consultants to join our team in a brand-new facility in Georgetown, Kentucky. We provide training, tools and ongoing development to help you succeed in automotive sales.

Whether you have sales experience or are starting a new career, you’ll learn our consultative approach to helping customers find the right vehicles and become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram offerings. A supportive, team-oriented culture awaits you.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated self-starters who can learn quickly.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Automotive sales experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships and create customers for life.
• Help customers find the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach.
• Become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, technology, features and options.
• Provide professional new and pre-owned vehicle demonstrations.
• Follow up with customers and develop referral business.
• Learn effective ways to overcome objections and confidently navigate sales situations.
• Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and your A-game every day.
