Easterns Automotive Group seeks a visionary Sales and F&I Manager to drive the company’s shift toward a digitally focused car-buying journey. This role blends sales leadership with financial product expertise to optimize profitability while elevating the customer experience through technology and data-driven processes.

The manager will guide the sales team, oversee lender programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across departments to implement our digital strategy. Spanish is a plus.
